On April 2, 1832, Mir ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan with the power of attorney from his wife, Maryam Baygum, sells one-fourth of Bagh-i Baygum to Qamar Nisa’, daughter of Zaynal Khan, for thirty six tumans. On the margin, dated April 7, 1833, Shaykh Zayn al-‘Abidin, with the power of attorney from Qamar Nisa’ Khanum, sells the mentioned property to Mirza Aqa’i, who has the power of attorney from Ishaq Khan (son of Ibrahim Khan), for thirty tumans and a detriment fee of eight tumans

Marriage contract between Shahrbanu and Mirza Husayn, 1833
Marriage contract between Shahrbanu, the daughter of Aqa Ismaʻil, and Mirza Husayn, the son of Haj Sadiq, dated May 8, 1833. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, a room's carpets, including rugs and felt rugs worth 34 tumans, a qalamkar bed covering worth 4 tumans, and parts of some properties. On the verso: "Mirza Rahim, Muhammad Baqir, and their sister, Khadijah Khanum, who are the children of Mirza Husayn, settled with full consent whatever rights they had to their mother's mahr. Settlement of Nisa’ Khanum and Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn with Mirza Faraj Allah, 1803
Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn (son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim) and Nisa’ Khanum (daughter of Karbalayi Baqir) sell their residential house and garden in Surkhab, Tabriz, to Mirza Faraj Allah (son of Mirza Abu Muhammad the former sheriff of Tabriz) for seventeen tumans on behalf of themselves, as the guardians of the underage children of Mulla Muhammad Riza (Zayn al-‘Abidin and Jamal al-Din), and on behalf of Sara Baygum.

Settlement of Khadijah, known as Khanum Bibi, and her husband, Muhammad ‘Ali, son of Aqa Taqi Kuchakah, with Mulla Muhsin, known as Mulla Aqa Kuchak, son of Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin, over an orchard for five tumans, and in addition, six thousand five hundred dinars and some wheat for the cost of detriments. On the margin: "because of what Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali owed to his wife according to their marriage contract and the above settlement, he settled half of the land located at Ab Payin Marbanan, known as Shah Safi Allah Garden, to Khanum Bibi for twenty two tumans and ten loads of wheat."

Settlements of an orchard, 1815 to 1835
On December 6, 1815, Marziyah Khanum, daughter of Musa and wife of Karbalayi Sadiq, sold an orchard located in Shaykh Abad farm to Karbalayi Isma‘il, son of Karbalayi Qasim, and ‘Ali ‘Askar, son of Muhammad Nasir from Mubarakah, in exchange for twenty tumans. Then, Aqa Kazim, Aqa Qasim, Aqa ‘Ali, and Aqa Baqir, sons of Karbalayi Sadiq, transferred two bath buildings located in the same orchard, to the mentioned buyers for two tumans.
